A lovely “little castle” in Hørsholm
- In the former administration buildings and carriage garage of Hørsholm Castle, where the Hørsholm Regional Museum is now housed, lies this unique and idyllic little house from 1737. Hørsholm Castle was built in 1730–44 as a summer residence for Christian VI and Queen Sophie Magdalene.
The house is in a fine condition, with a groundfloor area of 51 m2 and a cozy upper floor with sloping ceilings.
On the ground floor there is a very cozy living room with stairs to the upper floor, connected to the very nice kitchen with dining table and chairs. At the entrance is the bathroom, with a nice shower in beautiful blue mosaic.
At the upper floor there is a nice an cozy room with a desk and a TV corner, and a separate bedroom with a double bed and closets.
